Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of the CrewDeck Pro™ platform, including the Aviation Marketplace. It applies to every user — aviation professionals, operators, buyers, and sellers — and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By using the platform you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in content removal, listing removal, suspension of selling privileges, or termination of your account.

1. General Conduct

You agree that you will not use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person or entity.
• Post false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information, including fake credentials or identities.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against any person.
• Distribute spam, malware, viruses, or any harmful or disruptive code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or connected systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform without our written authorization.

2. Prohibited Products & Listings

The Aviation Marketplace is intended for genuine, legal, aviation-related products. The following are strictly prohibited and will be removed:

• Counterfeit or replica goods — products that infringe trademarks, copyrights, or brand rights.
• Unsafe or non-airworthy parts — components or equipment that are unapproved, uncertified, or misrepresented as airworthy.
• Stolen goods — any item the seller does not have the legal right to sell.
• Weapons, explosives, and hazardous materials that are prohibited or restricted by law.
• Controlled substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia.
• Adult, sexual, hateful, or violent content of any kind.
• Recalled products or items subject to an active safety recall.
• Any product whose sale, possession, or shipment is illegal in the buyer's or seller's jurisdiction.

3. Seller Obligations

If you sell through the Aviation Marketplace, you agree to:

• List only products you are legally authorized to sell, described accurately and honestly.
• Use only authentic images and descriptions that you own or have permission to use.
• Set accurate pricing, shipping rates, and stock availability, and honor them.
• Fulfill and ship orders promptly and provide valid tracking where applicable.
• Respond to buyer questions and handle cancellations and refunds fairly and in good faith.
• Comply with all applicable consumer-protection, tax, import/export, and shipping laws.
• Maintain a valid connected payment account (Stripe or PayPal) to receive funds.

4. Buyer Obligations

• Provide accurate shipping and contact information at checkout.
• Use cancellation, refund, and dispute processes honestly and in good faith.
• Communicate respectfully with sellers through in-app messaging.
• Not attempt fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals.

5. Payments & No Circumvention

Marketplace payments are processed by the seller's connected payment provider (Stripe or PayPal), and CrewDeck Pro™ retains its platform commission as described in our Terms of Service. You may not use the platform, listings, or messaging to arrange transactions off-platform for the purpose of evading platform fees, taxes, or buyer/seller protections, or to facilitate fraud or money laundering.

Payment provider policies (sub-merchants). Every seller (sub-merchant) that receives payments through the CrewDeck Pro™ Marketplace is required, as a condition of selling, to comply with the terms and acceptable use policies of the payment provider processing its transactions, including the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy and the Stripe Restricted Businesses list. Sellers accept these obligations in the Marketplace Seller Agreement before publishing, and CrewDeck Pro™ may remove listings, suspend selling privileges, or terminate accounts that violate them.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a listing, message, or user that violates this Policy, please report it in-app or contact us. We review reports and may remove content, suspend selling privileges, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing listings or content, limiting or suspending Marketplace access, withholding or reversing payouts for fraudulent transactions, terminating accounts, and reporting unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
