• Flight logbook and operational log entries
• Marketplace data: If you buy or sell in the Aviation Marketplace, we collect order details, product listings, shipping addresses, order/shipment status, and payment-account connection status. Full payment card details are handled by our payment processors and are not stored on our servers.
• Device and usage data collected automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited)
• Google user data: If you authorize Google Calendar or Google Meet integration, we collect calendar events and meeting participation data. This data is limited to what is necessary for the specific functionality you request.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the CrewDeck Pro™ platform
• Verify your professional credentials and identity
• Facilitate connections between aviation professionals
• Send you notifications, updates, and service-related communications

• Google user data usage: Your use of Google user data is limited strictly to the purposes disclosed for each integration (e.g., calendar synchronization, meeting scheduling). We do not use Google data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond what you explicitly authorize. Our use complies with Google's Limited Use requirements.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Other users: Your public profile information is visible to other members of the platform.
• Operators/Employers: When you apply to positions or request employment verification, relevant information is shared with the respective operator.
• Marketplace buyers & sellers: When you place a Marketplace order, the relevant details (buyer name, contact, shipping address, and order items) are shared with the seller so they can fulfill and ship your order; when you sell, your store information and order data are shared with your buyers.
• Service providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the platform (e.g., payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal, cloud hosting providers, and shipment tracking providers).
• Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

CrewDeck Pro™ is intended exclusively for aviation professionals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will delete that information promptly. 12. Payments & In-App Purchases

Payments for subscriptions are processed by third-party payment providers (such as Stripe) and, for purchases made through the Apple App Store, by Apple. Aviation Marketplace payments are processed by the seller's connected payment account through Stripe or PayPal, with CrewDeck Pro™ retaining its platform commission. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. When you purchase through the App Store, your transaction is subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy, and billing is managed through your Apple ID account. These providers process your payment information solely to complete transactions and as described in their own privacy policies.

13. International Data Transfers

Your information may be stored and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for international transfers of personal data.
