You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and logbooks
  • Not share your account with any other person
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not create multiple accounts or impersonate others

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

6. Professional Content & Accuracy

Crew Deck Pro is a platform for verified aviation professionals. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of any professional information, certifications, logbook entries, or credentials you submit. Submitting false or misleading professional information may result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant aviation authorities.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

CrewDeck Pro™ offers both free and paid (Pro) subscription tiers. Our paid offerings are auto-renewable subscriptions:

  • Crew Deck Pro (Individual): $12.99 / month, or $119.88 / year (equivalent to $9.99 / month).
  • Crew Deck Pro — Operator: a platform base fee of $299 / month (or $2,868 / year) plus a per verified employee monthly rate as shown on the Upgrade screen.
  • Length of subscription: one month (monthly) or one year (annual), depending on the plan you select.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
  • Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Our refund policy: subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law

Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. When purchased through the Apple App Store, payment, renewal and cancellation are managed through your Apple ID account settings, and any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your account or, for App Store purchases, through your Apple ID subscription settings. Access to Pro features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

8. Aviation Marketplace

CrewDeck Pro™ operates an aviation Marketplace — a multi-vendor venue where verified aviation operators ("Sellers") list and sell aviation-related physical products (uniforms, equipment, accessories, publications, training materials, and software) directly to buyers ("Buyers"). CrewDeck Pro™ is the platform that facilitates these transactions; it is not the seller of record. Each Seller is an independent aviation business, and the Buyer purchases from, and receives goods directly from, that Seller.

Marketplace commission structure. Sellers may open a store and start selling with a first month free (0% platform commission during that period). After the free month, CrewDeck Pro™ retains a platform commission of 3% per completed sale. Once a Seller reaches 100 completed sales, the commission is reduced to 2% per completed sale going forward. The applicable commission is calculated on the product subtotal and is automatically deducted from each transaction; the remaining balance is routed to the Seller's connected payment account.

  • Payments: Sellers connect their own payment account (Stripe or PayPal) to receive funds. Payment processing fees charged by the processor are separate from, and additional to, the CrewDeck Pro™ platform commission.
  • Seller responsibilities: Sellers are solely responsible for product accuracy, inventory, pricing, shipping, delivery, taxes, cancellations, refunds, and customer service for their own orders.
  • Seller Agreement: Before publishing, every Seller must accept the CrewDeck Pro™ Marketplace Seller Agreement and comply with the Marketplace Acceptable Use Policy and their payment processor's terms and acceptable use policies — including the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy for Sellers (sub-merchants) paid through PayPal.
  • Disputes & refunds: Buyers and Sellers first resolve issues directly through in-app messaging. Buyers may request cancellations and refunds through the platform, which the Seller manages. Payment chargebacks are handled through the relevant payment processor.
  • Prohibited items: Sellers may not list counterfeit, unsafe, non-airworthy, illegal, or otherwise prohibited goods. CrewDeck Pro™ may remove listings and suspend stores at its discretion.

CrewDeck Pro™ reserves the right to change the Marketplace commission structure and Seller terms with notice posted on this page.

9. User-Generated Content & Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

CrewDeck Pro™ allows users to create and share content such as posts, comments, messages, crews, and profile information. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. By using the Service, you agree not to post or transmit content that is unlawful, harassing, abusive, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable.

To keep the community safe, we provide and enforce the following measures:

  • Tools to report objectionable content, posts, and users directly within the app
  • Tools to block abusive users so you no longer see their content or receive their messages
  • Content moderation and review of reported content, with removal of violating content and ejection of abusive users
  • A commitment to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours, including removing the content and/or suspending the responsible account

Violations may result in immediate content removal and account suspension or termination, at our sole discretion.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CrewDeck Pro™ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create and upload, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CrewDeck Pro™ does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. 14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

16. Apple App Store — Additional Terms (EULA)

  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to any legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or privacy law.
  • Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of any third-party claim that the app infringes that third party's intellectual property rights.
  • You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

You may also refer to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

17. Copyright & DMCA

If you believe content on the platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@crewdeckpro.com including: a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized. We will remove infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrewDeck Pro™, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
